CHOOSING DURATION
60 or 90 minutes?
Choose 60 minutes when you want a focused full-body session, have one or two priority areas, or are trying a therapy for the first time.
Choose 90 minutes when you want an unhurried full-body experience with meaningful time for priority areas. More time does not mean stronger pressure.
Choose based on your goal—not simply the longest option available.
DESK FATIGUE
Why desk work often affects the neck and shoulders
Long periods in one position can leave the neck, shoulders and lower back feeling stiff or heavy. Stress may also cause people to hold tension without noticing.
What to tell your therapist
- Where you feel discomfort
- Whether it is new, persistent or related to an injury
- Your comfortable pressure level
- Whether movement makes it worse
Persistent pain, numbness, weakness or symptoms following an injury require qualified medical assessment—not a stronger massage.
BOOK RESPONSIBLY
When should you postpone a massage?
Postpone and seek appropriate advice if you have fever, a contagious illness, unexplained severe pain, an acute injury, significant skin infection or have recently undergone a procedure without clearance.
Pregnancy, medication, chronic conditions and previous surgery do not always prevent treatment, but they should be disclosed before booking so suitability can be discussed.
If in doubt, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Oakline will never present a wellness therapy as medical treatment.
TRAVEL RECOVERY
What helps after a long journey?
Long sitting, disrupted sleep and dehydration can leave the body feeling heavy or stiff. Strong pressure is not automatically the right answer.
Tell us how long you travelled, where you feel tightness and whether you want rest or focused muscle work. We can then recommend a suitable pace, pressure and duration.
For business travellers, NRIs and visitors to Hyderabad, appointments can be planned through WhatsApp around your schedule.
